It was bad enough when Prince became a Jehovah's Witness that he stopped performing all his sexy dirty songs, but now apparently he's all up in the gays' grills too.
According to the New Yorker, when the Purple Prince was asked about gay marriage and adoption the musician "tapped his Bible" and said "God came to earth and saw people sticking it wherever and doing it with whatever and he just cleared it all out. He was like, 'Enough!'"
Meanwhile, this is coming from a man who sang "Am I black or white, am I straight or gay?", who wears midriffs and high heels and moves his hips like a stripper on ecstasy.
But his Holy Paisleyness now says he was misquoted and he simply implied that he follows the teachings of the Bible. Which is, apparently, wearing the gayest of gay ensembles and not singing about sexy times. Ruffled shirts accepted.
