Amy Winehouse won't be facing any charges over
that video of her smoking the drugs filmed early this year. (Evidently people were more shocked by her
Winemouse video than that one.)
Apparently she was questioned and released on unconditional bail. So luckily for Amy she's escaped another brush with the law, but her husband (who we still think is no good for her) Blaaaaaaake remains locked up.
Here's a live version of 'Love is a Losing Game' because it's wonderful and heartbreaking. And because we shouldn't only think of Winehouse as a wacky, topless, drug addict – it shouldn't over-shadow her immense talent.
