In a move apparently designed to draw more rock stars, sheiks and
Lifelounge executives to their resort, chefs at The Fortress in Galle,
Sri Lanka have cooked up "The Fortress Stilt Fisherman Indulgence." The
dessert is a gold leaf Italian cassata flavored with Irish
cream, served with a mango and pomegranate compote and a champagne
sabayon enlighten. It's decorated with a chocolate carving of
a fisherman clinging to a stilt, and, to top it off,
an 80 carat aquamarine. As yet, nobody has ordered one. Who's first?
