After the success of last year's Some Type Of Wonderful typographic
design initiative, Lifelounge is proud to announce its sequel and this
year's 12 artists. For those of you that may have missed it last year,
Lifelounge invited 12 of it's favourite artists and designers who
deomonstrated excellence in the area of typographic design and
illustration to respond to a brief that related to a designated month of the year.
The artist's included the likes of AlexTrochut, Si Scott, Hellovon,
ESPO, Niels SHOE Meulman and many more (there's more information about
last year's STW
here )Each artist brought their own style and approach to the brief making
for an ecclectic mix of styles and design.
For this years installment
we've decided to take the project one step further making it a
completely international affair with design gurus from all over the
world coming together all in he name of typographic design. This year there will also
be exhibitions in both Melbourne and Sydney (details will be revealed
soon).
