Do you like hip hop? Do you like skating? Do you wish there was another way
to combine the two? One that you hadn't thought of yet? Maybe involving The
RZA? Oh, you want to hear more? Sure, OK.
Our friends at
Wax Museum Records have decided to have a little soiree next
Friday and they invited hip hop icon and Wu-Tang Clan member, The RZA. And
you. You're invited too. The RZA will be hanging out, signing albums,
protecting his neck, and generally being RZA-ish. Then the ruckus begins as
Lo-Life Skateboarding is officially launched.
Lifelounge, Wax Museum and Lo-Life are giving away a limited edition FCK
board designed by Marcsta for the Art Official series (to celebrate the
launch of Wax Museum's sister store Lo-Life Skateboarding) and first spot
in the line to meet The RZA himself. Email
comps@lifelounge.com with your
username, full name, postal address, and (in 25 words or less) what you'll
do when you come face to face with The RZA. Our favourite answers win.
Competition closes February 10th at 6pm.
The RZA in-store appearance is at Wax Museum Records
Shop 2 Campbell Arcade, Degraves St (underneath Flinders St)
February 12th from 4.30pm
The launch of Lo-Life Skateboarding is right next door from 6pm with
DJs, subway ledge comp and giveaways.
