Apparently all the rage in Turkey, and steadily becoming more popular in China, the latest trend in skin care comes in the form of the
Garra Rufa otherwise known as the nibble fish or doctor fish. A small tropical fish that can live in fresh water around 43 degrees celsius, the nibble fish survive by eating dead skin cells, leaving the healthy cells alone, making them the perfect new employees for health spas, who have taken to filling their hot spring pools with the little critters and sending their clients to bathe while the nibble fish feast away on their dead skin. Tasty.
