The United States of America have voted an African-American man, a man with a white American mother and a Kenyan father, a man with the middle name Hussein, a man who vocally opposed the Iraq war, urged for action against the genocide in Darfur, opposes the
Constitutional ban on same sex marriage, is pro-choice, and called for change in the United States, as the President.
In his acceptance speech he said, "Even as we celebrate tonight, we know the challenges that tomorrow will bring are the greatest in our lifetime. Two wars, a planet in peril, the worst financial crisis in a century... We may not get there in one year, or even in one term. But America, I have never been more hopeful that we will get there. I promise you, we as a people will get there."
This is seriously good news for the whole entire world.
Now, dance.
