Warning: if you're afraid of creepy crawlies, you're going to really, really hate this. Soz.

Thomas Shahan takes super up-close (aka macro) photographs of insects – every antenna, hair and each of their many eyeballs are visible in amazing detail. The most amazing feature of Shahan's photos is the bright, neon colours these bugs have on their teeny-tiny bodies.

Have you ever seen a Habronattus Cognatus jumping spider? They are surprisingly pretty.

For that level of macro it is pretty serious kit. Very specialised. Unless you are going to go pro, probably too much!

Thought so, probably hard to train the bugs to sit so still too. :)
