You Can't do That on Television was still on; mostly because all I can remember about it is how if you said "I don't know" you got covered in green slime and I'm sure there must have been something else to that show.
Brooklyn-based artist Meg Wachter must have missed
You Can't do That on Television too because she reworked the sliming idea into an almost edible photography project. Basically, she dumped a whole bunch of crap onto people's heads and then took photos of their reactions. Everything from maple syrup to Spaghetti Os, cereal, coffee, tomato paste and Pepto Bismol were poured onto her subjects' punims and the result is a (Turkish) delight.
