Jose Ferreira went to a gypsy camp in Faro, Portugal and saw an exorcism. Twice a week the gypsies enter a hut decorated by flowers and images of Jesus Christ, sometimes to pray and other times to exorcise the demons living in their bodies.
"O culto" involves the women forming a circle and screaming their prayers while the men watch, and the oldest gypsy placing a hand on the victim and exorcising them of evil. Good luck sleeping tonight.
