Austrian photographer Anja Hitzenberger really likes Chinese food. During a two month residency to China late last year, Hitzenberger hung out at Beijing's Olympic Park and took photos of the temporary food stands there – burst abdomen anyone?
But seriously, a lot of the food stands look absolutely delicious (if you guys know where to get a Twist Potato TELL US!) and what fascinated Hitzenberger was not only the different style of cuisine to the west, but how this fast food is presented. Like the food, the more artificial looking the better apparently.
