US-born professional picture-snapper Valerie Phillips has photographed a lot of our favourite girls; Bat For Lashes, PJ Harvey and Amy Winehouse (pre-rehab, St Lucia, and tears before bedtime) in some very colourful and playful shoots. Phillips was born in Manhattan but now spends most of her time in London and was the co-founder of the Cherryville skateboard company. More at valeriephillips.com.
