When you begin your photography career as an intern for Mark Seliger, you pretty much know that you’re on the road to good things. New York-based photographer Steven Pan arrived in the Big Apple in 1996, where he learned some tricks from the Rolling Stone photographer before going back to study. After developing his moody, film noir style he slowly started making a name for himself in German Vanity Fair, and most notably, Interview.
