Porcelain zombies by digital artist Oleg Duryagin

Russian image maker Oleg Duryagin is far from a photography purist. His absolutely stunning facial portraits of real people are digitally manipulated to within an inch of their respective to lives to give an eerily lifeless quality to them. He systematically removes the eyebrows and eyelashes from his subjects and smooths and desaturates the skin until it resembles a porcelain zombie like consistency. Amazing works.

Check some samples of his portraits in the gallery below and for more examples please visit douart.ru

If i was going to curate one of his exhibissiones, i'd put them all in a spherical room so all the faces would be staring at the viewer at the one time. Actually, no, maybe not.
