Lost America - Night Photography of the Abandoned West

Like scenes from a post apocalyptic sci-fi film, Troy Paiva's Lost America series depicts abandoned ghost towns, junk yards and derelict roadside icons. Most of the photographs were shot on film at night or twilight using vintage cameras with pretty much no digital manipulation. A fascinating look at a forgotten world.

These images and more have been put into a book entitled Night Vision: The Art of Urban Exploration. Visit lostamerica.com for details.

"...videogame. not very fond of it" .. i can't remember the last time any video game looked as splendid as these photos .. the color scheme is fantastic. perhaps you should read the caption for these and get a better understanding of the technique before making an analogy to videogames..
