In the '70s and '80s Jack Radcliffe lived on the Mason-Dixon line in America, a sort of geographical and cultural divide between the north and south. During this time he photographed the strange community around him, from beauty queens posing for portraits and people pashing in cars, to a woman breastfeeding in the bath. His images are candid, observational and kind of detached – what does Radcliffe really think of these people?
