If you haven't heard at least five remixes of Major Lazer's first released single
'Hold The Line' in various clubs by now you've probably been living underground (not as part of a sub-culture but actually
below ground-level) and are pretty hard of hearing. Diplo and Switch joined forces to pay homage to their love of reggae, dancehall and reggaton and came up with
Guns Don't Kill People, Lazers Do which is due out later this month.
The album features Amanda Blank, Nina Sky, Santigold, Mr Lexx and others, and in this latest release Jahdan Blakkamoore from Dutty Artz. While it won't receive the hype that 'Hold The Line' did, this is a nice roots reggae surprise.
