So we’ve kinda posted about LA vocalist Gonja Sufi before, but this second update is for good reason: not only is he awesome enough to warrant two posts, but concrete news has finally arrived about his debut album surfacing on Warp in early March.

A Sufi And A Killer is the much-buzzed (or not enough) LP from the leathery skinned, dread locked shaman, who sings in a similar vein to the way he looks. As the title suggests, significant input on the release comes via LA-based producer and all-round ADD guy the Gaslamp Killer, with residual work from fellow beat technician Flying Lotus and probably more.
