New Zealand brand Stolen Girlfriends Club has gone for a pretty subtle sexual innuendo this autumn/winter 2012: wide open leg shots. (Essentially the fashion industry's equivalent of "presenting".) As always for this beloved label, this totally works in their favour and the result is anything but sleazy. Rather, this season's campaign is both classy and the definition of MINX.
The long-time favourite label of Lifelounge has again recruited their long-time favourite photographer, Derek Henderson, to capture the collection. As we all know, Derek's a total wizz with the camera who loves a good ol' moody blue-hued shot. This time around he's added in extra lashings of curly brunette hair, fun little household moments, and upturned boxes of cereal.
Like every SGC collection, this one is all in the little details. Some of which are decidedly morbid. You know that awesome jeans-and-jacket denim combo you're currently frothing over? It's covered in little bloody skulls. Avert your gaze from what's underneath, and you'll also notice those sheer dresses are embroidered with life-sized skeletons. This is genuinely amazing.
