Sydney-based label Popissue began as a men's wear label that was all about flattering cuts and fabrics and the only thing that seems to have changed is now they've invited the ladies to the party too.
Designer Konrad Opala takes care keeping a balance – this year's autumn/winter collection,
Black Heaven, bounces from tailored to lazy and each garment itself never leans too far one way of another. But balance by no means translates to boring; the designs are more often than not pretty striking.
