Amongst Friends NYC is dapper, preppy and still a little street. The label has just offered up its spring 2010 collection called
Always on the Green (a name that could be about golfing or Mary-Jane. Or maybe both. Or something else we missed?) and it's pretty nice to look at.
Golfing caps, ties and button-ups are balanced with casual pieces including tracksuit pants and emblem tee-shirts. The mostly muted palette of grey, white, beige and denim is off-set with apple green, royal blue and red. Basically, put a handsome fella in any of this collection (except maybe the rugby jumper) and watch the girls (and boys) come over a little faint.
