Nike reinvents the 1984 Challenge Court

Remember the 1984 Challenge Court sneaker? Looks like that bad boy is back.

Influenced by ambassador John McEnroe, Nike and skateboarding legend Gino Iannucci have redesigned the tennis shoe a.k.a have made it much better. The shoe is slimmed down and softened, but essentially it is the same sneaker as it was back in '84. But true to form, Gino has added some skater tweaks that have brought it into 2012.

The Nike SB Challenge Court retails for AU$150 and is available at select retailers and skate shops beginning August 23, 2012.
