Lena Dunham is on the cover of i-D which seems right

Writer, producer, actress and director Lena Dunham has decided to to do one more cool thing before the year is out, appearing on i-D's prestigious "Wise Up" Winter issue. The last cover was of Grace Coddington, so it speaks a lot of Lena's assumed longevity in the biz. All the haters who have viewed Girls (and Lena) as some sort of flash-in-the-pan success, will be eating their words right about now (because when is i-D ever wrong, right?).

The story, which is shot by Todd Cole and written by Paul Flynn, covers "her rapid rise to fame, and why she votes herself ‘not hot’ on style blogs" and is out this December.
