'Nick Taylor' Is A WakeSkate Phenomena

Getting pulled by a boat going about 22 mph while getting some sick air and jamming out some flip tricks still awes the heck out of me.Since the stability all comes from the wakeskater the level of skill required is greater for less complex tricks, plus the wake skateboards are smaller then regular wakeboards.

What’s your favorite thing about wakeskating?
It’s my high in life—nothing takes away the stress like wakeskating. It makes me forget about the crap you have to deal with in real life.

What’s your take on contests?
I like ’em, but it’s not so much the competition aspect as the fact that it’s basically a congregation of wakeskating. Regardless of the outcome, it’s just good to have everyone come together.

What’s your secret weapon trick?
A 360 flip or a backside flip—those are the ones you don’t see at contest that often.

If you could have any superpower, what would it be?
Probably X-Men style power over the elements.

What’s your biggest pet peeve?
People who are fake.

What’s your worst nightmare?
Getting stuck in an office job.

Early morning or crack of noon?
Definitely early morning—you gotta be out there at, like, five in the morning to get the good water. If you’re too lazy to do what you love, then you’re to lazy for life.

wake skateing is so much fun, i have a wud 42 and yeh the great thing is u dont need a 50 000 ski boat u can have the best time behind a dingy haha cant wait till winter is over and i can get back into it
