Summadayze 2011 logo refresh

For the past 15 years the Summadayze new year's day party has been a rite of passage for thousands of Australians. I was recently asked to give the music festival an ID refresh whilst still paying homage to the logo's psychedelic roots. The only other requirement was that it be vector based and that it tie in well with an ice cream theme...

Also depending on the state the festival is held in there were also a few typographic variations of the ID. Keep an eye out... you should probably begin to see it popping up around your hood.
