Canadian designer Angie Johnson makes (along with some pretty embellished attire) some of the loudest costume jewellery that doesn't involve name-plates or fake gems. Her just released chain harness is beautiful and a little S&M-ish, but her extreme fringed necklaces and earrings are big fun too.
