Home Made Jams 3

POSTED BY LifeloungeStaff ON 10 JUL 2012 @ 02:05 PM
Home Made Jam is hitting Melbourne's north side for its third homegrown instalment. Hosted by Kiss FM's Bionic Boogie Radio Show (Eddie Mac & Cam) and Mr. Moonshine, HMJ is once again bringing the best in grass roots talent, creativity and all things art that Melbourne has to offer in a 10 hour warehouse spectacular home made extravaganza.

Spearheading the muzak are local hip hop crew The Psyde Projects, who'll be rocking out a big ol' live set alongside Yasumo, who are fresh from working with Fool's Gold head honcho A-Trak. And riding in for support on the 1s and 2s are a collection of Melbourne's finest DJs including James Fava, Sandro, Inkswel, Benny Badge, Walrus,Tom Showtime, Mr. Moonshine, Cam and Eddie Mac.

A little taste...

Accompanying the tunes will be a bunch of market stalls flogging records and designer garb from local haberdasherists, break dancing from Kingz Only, local street artists Heesco & Drewfunk heading up some live art for a silent auction and some tasty treats thanks to Babes On Grill who'll be serving up some of their famous Jamaican jerk chicken rolls. Oh, and there'll be a fully licensed bar too!

When and where is this amazingness happening? Shit, we'll tell you.

WHERE? A Warehouse - 222 Johnson St, Abbotsford (Cnr Johnston & Hoddle above the bookshop)
WHEN? Saturday July 14th @ 2pm onwards.
HOW MUCH? $10 from 2pm - 5pm
                   $15 from 5pm onwards
Not enough info??? Head to Home Made Jam's FB page for deets.
