After the horrific disappointment and traitorous adaptations of Hellboy and the League of Extraordinary Gentlemen (the worst movie in like, EVER!) comic lovers are freaked about the newest in a long line of hollywood rip-offs.

And frankly, Billy Cudrup as Dr. Manhattan? Will we get blue full frontal? Will they leave in the depression, the violence and the homosexuality?

Are we all just lining up for another kick in the a$$?

Have faith. Snyder did an excellent job of 300 and, while Watchmen is infinitely more complex than that story, I trust him with it.

I have never read the "graphic novel" and I'm going to go watch the movie and I'm going to enjoy it. So there.

i'm totally going to see it..... but have absolutely no expectations whatsoever.... & Malin Akerman in my opinion is a TERRRRRIBLE actress with no screen presence....so i'm going to be one tough audience-nut to crack.

I've seen some of the rushes and frankly I agree with Zoelea, Malin is not hot enough to get away with such bad acting- HOWEVER, it's the story I fear for. And all of ya'll who have not read the novel- go to your local library and get to it. If you die before you read it they wont let you into paradise. Thats the truth, Ruth.
