Japan-born, Canada-based artist Yuka Yamaguchi is quite the creator – she draws gory but super cute illustrations and makes "useless toys for adult children". Her illustrations often feature decapitated animals, human-fish mutants, and amputated limbs, but are always a little bit adorable. There are doe-eyed children in pigtails, puppy dogs and baby apes to balance the guts, blood, brains and innards.
Yamaguchi has had her artworks exhibited all over the world from Japan to the US to Poland and has an upcoming show at Mondo Bizarro Gallery in Italy.
