Stacey Rozich is a Seattle-based artist and graphic designer and we like her. Not just because her illustrations are awesome (more about that later) but also because in her words, most days she can be found "watching
30 Rock and daydreaming about cats". She seems like our kind of people.
Rozich's artwork, though, is even more impressive than what she does in her down time. There's a sense of chaos to her illustrations, but they have also been meticulously created.
Crazy-eyed mutant types appear in the majority of her pieces, as well as a kind of tribal-meets-folklore tinge. These images could sit beside mythical stories and moral lessons. And maybe they do, in some alternate universe.
