Sex, Drugs & Helvetica is kind of like Christmas for us. We've been crossing the days off the calender and now it's finally here, we hope we don't over indulge and get sick (the metaphor ends here).
Sex, Drugs and Helvetica is a graphic design event started by friends Nick, Tenielle, Zac and Andy who met through
Positive Posters. Having studied and been involved with graphic design themselves, the crew believed that while there were great talks involving the Australian graphic design industry, there weren't a lot of in depth discussions.
Topics will include the production side of design such as deadlines, budgets and briefs; opening a dialogue about the design concepts that work and those that don't. The best part is this discussion will be led by some of Melbourne's most talented designers– including Lifelounge co-founder and general legend,
Luke Lucas!
