By fitting shoes with specially carved animal shaped rubber soles (think deers, Kodiak bear, rabbits etc), Canadian artist Maskull Lasserre has managed to create an incredibly awesome design/fashion gag. In on ongoing series entitled Outlier, Lasserre's custom kicks are used to trick unsuspecting winter wonderers into believing their urban surrounds (think Montreal, Ottawa, Boston, and New York) have been overrun by a
Jumanji-style fauna rampage. Dunno if we'd actually wear the shoes on a day to day basis but as a prank it's def got more cred than some fart gas or fake shit.
