Camilla Rose Garcia's paintings of "creepy cartoon children living in wasteland fairytales are critical commentaries on the failures of capitalist utopias". That's exactly what you were going to say, right? Thought so.
Growing up in the 70s and 80s in Orange County, Garcia draws inspiration from quite the variety of places and people; Phillip K. Dick, William Burroughs, Henry Darger, Walt Disney, The Clash and Dead Kennedys. Her awesome artworks have been displayed in a number of exhibitions, and have featured in magazines like Rolling Stone, Juxtapoz, and Paper Magazine. She makes short storyboard-style animated films, and has had two books published.

I kind of hate her. Jealousy's such an ugly emotion.
