Alex Andreyev is a graphic designer and artist with 20 years experience. He’s also Russian. Combine those two aspects and you’re going to get some weirdness.

Anyone who has spent time with the Russians will tell you that they’re a bit odd - Alex’s surrealist works do nothing to discourage that opinion. While flying cities, trains in the sky and suchlike have been featured in countless works, he manages to add an extra layer of creepiness to his pieces. This might have something to do with the giant spiders. Or the guys standing on ledges.

In any case, Alex calls his work “hermetic art” and has been tapped to provide illustrations and concept art for various books and films. His original prints are available to buy from his official website www.alexandreev.com.
