The future isn’t as exciting as it used to be. These days it’s all internet filters, slashed NASA budgets and sugar-free soda that tastes like ass. A big pile of boring heaped on a gluten free cake of meh.
It wasn’t always like that. A cursory look at space / future themed vinyl sleeves from the 1970s shows that good taste and practicality had no place in their vision for the 21st century. Back then it was all dancing robots, acid flashbacks, sweet rides, breasteses to make will.i.am stop in his tracks and stupid fresh jumpsuits. All of which sounds like more fun than Wi-Fi hotspots and obsessively checking your inbox every two minutes.
