That's exactly what they are. An anonymous dude (all we know is that he is in fact a guy, but his identity seems to be a secret – probably in witness protection or some shit) has created some imagined Charlie Brown paperback novels and judging by the titles, poor old Chuck is in for a hard time. His dog is a pimp, Lucy is taking out her PMS on him, Peppermint Patty is publicly outing him and his whole baseball team are telling him to go fuck himself. Oh my!
