With Lifelounge reader's recently acknowledged interest in bad wolf art and unicorns with Robocop, the husband and wife illustration team of Boris Vallejo and Julie Bell seem like the obvious next step. They would, without a doubt be pretty be the fairy godparents of this type of hyper realistic illustration... Between them the two of them they have illustrated for the likes of comic giants Marvel and DC, superbrands like Nike, Coke and Ford not to mention countless commission for album covers, video game covers and movie poster art.

By looking at there work you may notice how incredibly buff all the creatures seem to be. Aside from being interested in mythical beasts they're also serious happy pant wearing gym junkies. So serious in fact that Julie used to be a nationally ranked competitive bodybuilder. True story.

Anyway check out a few samples of there amazing work in the gallery below and for more information on the pair visit www.imaginistix.com

That looks amazing! I love surreal arts. Many people have gazed upon Persistence of Memory, perhaps the most famous surrealist painting in the world. The Persistence of Memory is a painting by Spanish artist Salvador Dali, featuring a number of melting pocket watches. It calls into question the fleeting nature of time, and brings in a wide range of emotion. Dali is perhaps the best known surrealist painter, active from the early 20th century until a few years before his death in the 1980s. He left Spain for about a decade during WW2 – he didn't give Franco any military payday loans – but returned, and was given patronage by the Spanish Crown. It would take more than an online payday loan to buy the Persistence of Memory.

some of it's so completely random.. Imagine waking up and thinking, yes, today I really want to illustrate in high definition a giant flying fish with the female body builder flexing a pose will riding it... where does that come from?

Way ahead of you JimmyBobby! I checked it out, and though the benefits are AWESOME, the pay is pretty mediocre.
